Did not get my meal , apparently they had an issue with the ticket machine , yet you have to accept the order so that makes no sense! Still waiting for a refund which I was told would be sent immediately! Not happy , I only Just returned here after not using them for so long due to a bad experience! Now i firmly remember why I stopped ordering from here

Processed chicken and jalapeño bites was not jalapeño bites Jalapeño bites of tasteless, not good value for money. I wouldn’t be ordering again.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the chicken kebab. It was very dry and I couldn’t eat it. I have ordered from here before and normally, the food is very good but it was awful tonight.

Had to call as was missing a meal and only got 1 sauce paid for 3 to be told meal would be delivered and never showed up so money wasted

I ordered the £9 chicken kebab and it was tasty and plenty of salad but unfortunately the amount of chicken was really small for what is supposed to be a large kebab. I was still hungry after having that kebab which was really disappointing as I expected a big meal for the price of £9.

Food is great but the minimum order and massive delivery fee puts me off ordering. I don’t think anyone else on Deliveroo or Just Eat charges that much for delivery. Disappointing.
